This conservation purchase was made possible thanks to a $1 million bridge loan from The Conservation Fund, an additional bridge loan from a private supporter, and close to $300,000 in donations from individuals and organizations. As a result, the property will remain protected as conservation land so long as it remains under ACT’s ownership.
